Still Have A Question?

I absolutely love their customer service as they make sure that your time is not wasted. I am thinking of getting my new tyres from them again

Thumbs up to them! Really professional tyre service and the website just makes everything easy to choose from.

They charged me exactly for what was displayed on the website. There were no hidden costs and I liked how they always listen to their customer’s needs

Why Trust Point S?

All members have to meet strict criteria before they can join, this is in terms of the way the business is run professionally, their attention to customer service and the quality of the staff training and having fully qualified specialist members of staff.

When visiting a Point S member you can do so safe in the knowledge that you are in the hands of specialists who take great pride in their work. Better still the businesses are owned and manned by local people who know what customers want and have a vested interest in giving fantastic customer service, not just employees of some multi national conglomerate with targets to meet each day!

When do you need to change / replace tyres?

The legal limit is 1.6mm but it is advisable to have them checked regularly, after all it is the only part of the vehicle that is actually in contact with the road!

Motoring specialists recommend checking tyres every couple of weeks at most as it is very easy to pick up damage to tyre walls on pot holes, debris on the road or kerbs etc.

Things to look out for to indicate tyre wear

  • Increased road noise
  • Vibration through the steering wheel
  • Vehicle pulling to one side
  • Vehicle pulling under braking
  • Reduced fuel efficiency
  • Less grip in corners or in damp or wet conditions.
