On holiday in Alnwick and needed a check on a knocking sound under the car. JRC motors reception and mechanics were brilliant, checked my car quickly (didn't have an appointment) and were reassuring. Wish we had such an excellent garage near us at home! Locals are very lucky to have professional mechanics and knowledgeable friendly receptionist. Happy to recommend. Thanks to all the team.

I have not had a service here but feel I must comment positively, we have driven 200 miles to Alnwick and the stop engine light came on.
These guys helped straight away, with a simple fix that saved our holiday.

From the lady on the phone to the guys that sorted my car, I thank you all. We're on holiday and was fitted in promptly. The service was both friendly and professional, excellent service and price, would highly recommend.

Great service after issue with car going into limp mode. Diagnostic identified issue quickly and friendly knowledgeable advice. Costs very fair. Will definitely be using this garage again for maintenance and any further work.
