Extremely impressed by how helpful this business was in my hour of need ! Needed to return home from holiday in Southwold when overnight a slow puncture saw a 20 psi reduction in one of my tyres - and we & our four legged friend needed to vacate our holiday rental property by 10 a.m. Called in to Beccles Tyre Centre on spec at 7.45 a.m. on the hottest day of the year ! Despite them being not yet open and down to one man for the day, they could not have been more understanding of our predicament and within 20 mins had found & repaired the puncture, so that we could safely return home. It was obvious that they were fully booked for the day and Aaron was working in extremely hot conditions, but i cannot praise enough, both Aaron & the receptionist, for going above & beyond to help and resolve our problem. Friendly, welcoming staff. Tyres fitted professionally and quickly, with the wheels even balanced with black wheel weights to match the wheels. It’s the little things that stand out. Will definitely be using and recommending them in future!
