I had a difficult time getting Kwick fit to see me, they were just messing me around so decided to try Plume, it was only up the road
Raj and Jamal were both fantastic. Saw me straight away..sorted the issue there and then. Got a new tyre fitted. All done in 30mins.
Fantastic service.

Raj was really helpful and thorough, explained everything he'd done and showed me underneath the car too and I could see that it was all in order. Replaced the tyre and did tracking quickly for me. Will be back next time. Thanks.

This is the first time I have used Plume Tyres in Hall Green and I have to say that Raj was extremely helpful and repaired the puncture in my tyre with no fuss at all. Totally professional and helpful. I will add that I usually go to the one in Shirley, but after going to Shirley on Monday with a screw in my tyre I was told they couldn’t do it and I’d have to go back the next day, well rather than go back I rang Shirley only to be met with the same sort of response (don’t know if we can do it or if we can don’t know when it will be).

I have to say that if I need further work done I will definitely favour Hall Green over Shirley, where they treat you like a person/customer instead of a nuisance they can’t be bothered to deal with.

Needed a car change at very short notice and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was sorted within just 2 hours, which was a huge help. The chap went above and beyond, even supplying the tyres at trade price to help keep the costs down.
