The Plume of Feathers Garage - Hall GreenTyre shop and car maintenance in Birmingham

I’ ve been going to Plume Tyres for a number of years. Raj has always provided excellent advice, is efficient and was so lovely when my tyre on my Audi went for the first time. Nothing was too much trouble. My tyre burst on the main Stratford Road just opposite the garage and he sorted it. Reliability and reasonable prices are what I’ve come to expect. I will continue to use Plume Tyres in the years to come.

Raj was really helpful and thorough, explained everything he'd done and showed me underneath the car too and I could see that it was all in order. Replaced the tyre and did tracking quickly for me. Will be back next time. Thanks.

Cannot recommend this place enough. I originally went to Kwik fit as I had a slow puncture. They had a look and said they couldn’t fix it so sent me to another place which was closed. I called Plume and spoke with Raj, explained what I was told the issue was. He told me to come over straight away and he will sort it which he did. But he didn’t just fix the issue, he explained step by step what he was doing educating me whilst fixing the issue so I know what to look out for should a similar issue happen again which will stop me getting fobbed off so easily! Really grateful for his help today, Thanks Raj!

They are reliable, trustworthy, and always willing to help, which gives real peace of mind. No upselling, no pressure—just straightforward advice and quality workmanship. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Excellent service, good prices, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Nothing but praise from me, and I'll continue to use them whenever I need work done.

Raj, you're a LEGEND

Needed a car change at very short notice and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was sorted within just 2 hours, which was a huge help. The chap went above and beyond, even supplying the tyres at trade price to help keep the costs down.

Friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again!
