I had a difficult time getting Kwick fit to see me, they were just messing me around so decided to try Plume, it was only up the road
Raj and Jamal were both fantastic. Saw me straight away..sorted the issue there and then. Got a new tyre fitted. All done in 30mins.

This is the first time I have used Plume Tyres in Hall Green and I have to say that Raj was extremely helpful and repaired the puncture in my tyre with no fuss at all. Totally professional and helpful. I will add that I usually go to the one in Shirley, but after going to Shirley on Monday with a screw in my tyre I was told they couldn’t do it and I’d have to go back the next day, well rather than go back I rang Shirley only to be met with the same sort of response (don’t know if we can do it or if we can don’t know when it will be).

I have to say that if I need further work done I will definitely favour Hall Green over Shirley, where they treat you like a person/customer instead of a nuisance they can’t be bothered to deal with.

Absolutely top service. I needed a full set of four tyres urgently ahead of a big snowfall and Raj really went above and beyond. Great prices, quick turnaround, and super professional throughout.

They even had one of their team drive out to multiple suppliers to source the right tyres and get me sorted in time, which I really appreciated. Can’t fault the effort or the service.

Came in with flat back tyre Raj was excellent gave great honest advice and said he felt may be repairable. He looked at tyre and repaired it promptly very great service my hero! Moving house and added expense of new tyre at this time was avoided. 5 star service! Good prices too!
