On the motorway travelling from Yorkshire to Somerset, the engine tray was dragging on the road, got off the motorway and asked if they could help. The car was fixed in minutes, all staff were really friendly and wouldn't accept any payment. Not very often you come across places like this anymore. Thank you all so much

Great experience. All staff professional and helpful. Booked in for MOT. Was offered a drink twice whilst I waited. Mechanic spoke to me about work that needed doing. I mentioned it needed service but was waiting to book in with Toyota as it had to be done there for the warranty. He explained that wasn't true and that he could complete the service. I left the car with them, they completed the work needed and the service that same day. It was cheaper too.

After experiencing a knocking noise on my car i phoned Marlbrook garage to see if they could investigate it for me. The mechanic quickly identified the problem and gave me a quote to fix the issues. While i was there I enquired about a service and was told could service and fix the issues with my car right there and then. The quote for the work and a fixed price service were very reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and as a women going into a garage on my own i didn’t feel like i was getting ripped off like i have with other garages.
