Had an electrical fault with my Mums car. Called Carmaster any they went over and above to sort the problem as quickly as possible……..same day!! What a great bunch of people, Andy in particular! Great job, well done.

2 years ago the chaps at Carmaster gave our 20 year old mobile home a large service and went through numerous items that needed replacing always informing us of the cost as the service was ongoing.
It was like picking up a new van (mechanically). The engine pulls strongly, the brakes are working perfectly, the strange rattles and general sluggishness we experienced before, all gone. It cost a lot of money BUT Carmaster are not expensive, there was just a lot that needed doing.
They replaced the starter motor today and checked our battery which was found to be working at 27% efficiency so they replaced it under warranty, no charge (no pun intended!).
All done and dusted on time and on budget. Friendly, honest always informative and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Andy, Dave and Kim and your top team of mechanics, you give excellent, professional service and we shall be back soon.

Based in Newcastle upon Tyne I discovered my Mercedes was fitted with the dreaded R744 gas in my air conditioning unit. My Mercedes dealer in Newcastle was absolutely useless both in communication and service and after a google search found the nearest specialist was indeed Carmaster at Harrogate. Today drove 2 hours for my appointment. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised by courteous staff and immaculate premises. Off to Costa for a coffee and cake returned after 1 1/2 hours and my car although not quite ready sat in there immaculate reception area and offered coffee and water whilst they did their final checks. Well worth the 4 hour round trip. Many thanks for your help.

Had a really good first experience at Carmaster garage, i took my car in for at MOT, i then also needed two new front tires as my old ones were in bad condition. I could not fault their work, Andy on reception was very nice and kept me informed throughout. He was happy to explain what needed to be done and my options without making me feel stupid for asking questions or rushed into a decision which i really appreciated. The tin of sweets left on passenger seat was a lovely little gesture as well!

Professional and friendly service right from the beginning. I was looking for a garage that could service my fully electric BMW iX. Carmaster did just that. Upon arrival, I was made to feel welcome.
