After three years of my A/C not working and the recent hot weather [and moaning grandchildren as passengers :-)], decided it was time to get it sorted. Chose Autocentre based on their convenient location to train & bus and their reviews. It was a good choice, problem was quickly diagnosed and it was as I expected - a bit more than just a re-gas. Reasonable quote to fix it all and a time booked - from diagnosis to a "cool car" less than 3 days. Very happy with the service, professionalism and friendly staff who kept me up to date with progress. Would have no hesitation in using Autocentre again.

On a visit from South of Scotland to Chorley (150 miles) to see my Daughters family we heard noises from the car brakes.
The next working day we asked for an emergency appointment as we were due to drive back in the next few days.
We were expecting they could not do it
but they said to drop off and they would have a look. This was done and repairs detailed & costed which I authorised and the work was done and the car was ready on the same day. Good job done which fully met my expectations. Amazing customer service.

Excellent eperience from start to finish. John kept us informed all the way. Explained clearly everything that they were doing. The staff at the reception also very helpful and very cheerful. very satisfied with the work and at a fraction of the price of a dealership. Would highly recommend auto center to anyone who owns an electric vehicle. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again everyone

We first went here when I was having cancer treatment and needed a new gearbox, they were excellent and had the vehicle back to us in a matter of days whilst supplying us with a courtesy car in between. We have used them ever since. The car always feels better when they've had it. The costs are reasonable, the staff are friendly, and your always informed upfront. As a lady I never feel I'm being taken advantage of and can ask anything. Best garage we've found in Chorley.
