I’m giving 5 stars to Gary because he is a true professional.

We had tyres fitted in December, and immediately afterwards my steering wheel started vibrating. This continued for quite some time, during which I visited three different places for wheel balancing and to check whether the rims were bent. It turned out that the tyres themselves were defective.
I contacted Gary, and he immediately replaced the tyres with another set. I drove away with the new tyres, but the vibrations were still there, and I was honestly speechless.
I then visited several more places for balancing and even had a full inspection of my car at Mercedes Bristol, because I had brand-new tyres and it seemed impossible for the same issue to happen again.
After multiple checks, I replaced the tyres once more at a different place, and it turned out that the second set of tyres was also defective.
Despite all of this and the extra money I spent on balancing and inspections, I’m still giving Gary 5 stars because, after I explained the situation, he took the tyres back and refunded me the full amount.

Gary is a great guy and I highly recommend him!

Very efficient, went somewhere else last year that claim to fit tyres very fast but waited about a couple of hours so returned to Clevedon tyres this year who did the job in about 15 mins or thereabouts.

Excellent service & as a loyal customer I must say what a great team they have at Clevedon Tyres. My car failed it’s mot at 1645 due to a tyre with lots of tread left on it but had developed inner tyre splitting to the cord in several places. So I called at 1655 to see if they had a tyre in stock which they did & then said they would fit it for me tonight even though shut at 1730. The customer service was first class and a credit to their profession.

Took my car in for a tyre repair. They got me in within 30 minutes of calling and had the car ready a couple of hours later. Quick, efficient service with honest pricing. Highly recommend.
