Outstanding customer service — the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming throughout my visit. Rohit went above and beyond, explaining everything clearly from the diagnosis to the work required, so I always knew what was happening. The team quickly identified the issue and got straight to work, and the job was done right the first time, no complaints at all. The sitting area was also lovely, a comfortable spot to relax while I waited. On top of that, I received quick responses and regular updates by phone, which kept me informed every step of the way.

Hi,my name is Richard Okyere-manu. I experienced a DPF blockage in my Ford transit 2.2TDCI mk8 van. I found Vauxsell Service Centre,Binley Woods on Google. I call them and they answered me ,directed me to their service centre and fixed the DPF issue for me. I am very happy and will recommend them to everyone.

Vehicle collected on time serviced and mot informed by the mechanic. on progress and delivered back all at a reasonable rate. I cannot fault the service I had today will be back next year

Took my car in for a MOT and received prompt communication that it had failed and what would need fixing and gave me a quote on a friendly, professional and respectful manner. Was informed that my car would be ready the next day. Received quick service and my car was ready before the end of the next day. Had a new clutch fitted. Garage collected from our driveway on recovery truck, told it would be 3 days, rang to say it was ready 24 hours after collection. Fabulous service, great customer service, feel very trustworthy people. Will definitely use them again.
