This is the first time I’ve been to the new premises, it’s much bigger than the old place. There is free tea and coffee available and plenty of space to wait if you wish to. The faces are the same and still get the warm welcome like before from caz and puja on arrival, and also have great patience as I couldn’t remember my phone number!
Dom the mechanic(who MOT’d and did a full car health check for me) is very thorough and passionate about his area of expertise which is comforting to know we are in safe hands. Pricing is fair, all around easy, peaceful experience.

Staff are very polite, and professional. From reception through to the engineer who explained the situation to me very clearly and giving me options. Comfortable and quiet working pods, with WIFI and free hot beverages provided to cater for the extended time that was required for the vehicle. Top tier service, highly recommend.

Booked my car in for a service on the sunday night for monday. Got me in earlier than prebooked which is fantastic! There were quite a few jobs then needing to be done on but Dom the mechanic was fantastic, explaining the issues really well and accommodating time to fix it for me. I recently visited Vauxsell – Binley Woods Car Services on Bodmin Rd and was extremely impressed from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived, Caroline on reception provided a very warm welcome. She was polite, professional, and exceptionally helpful—taking the time to answer my questions and ensuring I was comfortable with a hot drink while my car was being attended to. Her customer service was outstanding and immediately set a positive tone for the visit.

The service itself was excellent. Prices were very competitive, the work was completed quickly, and communication throughout was clear and transparent. I took my car in for an MOT and a tyre change, and the staff were more than happy to explain any work required before proceeding. They even took me into the workshop to show me exactly what needed attention, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Caroline is an exceptional member of staff, and the entire team should be commended for their professionalism and honesty.
