Had a great seamless experience at Vauxhall Binley Woods Service Centre. Booking was quick and easy to do online, and I was able to find a time slot that suited me perfectly. Dropped my car off for its service and MOT and received it back without any delays or hidden charges. Everything was handled very professionally from start to finish. Special mention to the lady at reception who was absolutely delightful and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Very reliable and easy to deal with. They have always been honest during my MOTs and although it is in their interests to cococt issues with my car so they can charge for repair, like some repair shops do, my car has consistently passed the MOT without repairs required and this time, with a failure, I have been able to confirm independently that the stated required repairs were actual faults on the car. Once I took the car back, repairs were done very quickly with reasonable prices. This team are honest amd professional. I recommend them.

Staff are very polite, and professional. From reception through to the engineer who explained the situation to me very clearly and giving me options. Comfortable and quiet working pods, with WIFI and free hot beverages provided to cater for the extended time that was required for the vehicle. Top tier service, highly recommend.
