Used Dingwall Tyres twice now and both times have found it easy to book online, staff friendly and helpful, and the work completed in good time. Only slight niggle is that both times the tyres I ordered were not delivered in time so had to wait around for them. I would suggest booking slots in the afternoon to avoid this, although I have most likely just been unlucky!

Big shout out to the staff at Dingwall Tyres who helped me with a puncture last night at very short notice and just as you were all heading home! Fab customer service and although you didn't have a suitable replacement on site, you put my spacesaver tyre on and provided sound advice and support and you wouldn't even accept payment for your time and assistance. Thanks so much to you all for your amazing customer service!

I hit a pothole just before Annat, near the Torridon hotel, which damaged both the tyre and wheel rim. Changed the wheel and headed for Ullapool.
The Coach works in Ullapool offered to change my tyre but when they checked they did not have any in stock and advised me to go to Dingwall tyres.
Only had to wait 15 minutes while a fitter finished what he was doing. I had new tyres on both fronts wheels and the wheel rim fixed. Also had the tracking done.
The staff were great to deal with and very efficient. The cost of the job was lower than I expected.
I would certainly recommend them. They earned the 5 stars
