Brilliant service every time I’ve used them. Had some work done recently and they had me in and out before I knew it. No upselling or pressure, just honest, reliable work from people who clearly know their stuff. The only garage around that I would take my car to.

My engine failed on the roadside, and out of several local garages I contacted, Trustytec were the only ones willing — and genuinely happy — to accept recovery of my car and investigate the issue.
The customer service here is exceptional, especially for this industry. I’ve often found garages can feel unapproachable or lacking in communication, but Ed and his team were the complete opposite — friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with.
They investigated the problem immediately and provided honest, effective, and realistic advice. Despite it being a major job, they completed the work in a timely manner and kept me fully updated on progress and costs throughout.
I honestly can’t fault Ed and the team at all. They’ve earned a new customer — highly recommended.

The AA took me there 2 days ago because it has a good reputation and I got it booked in for today at 4 pm.
They rang me at 10.45 this morning and it was all done. Excellent service and a proper professional job.

Used Trustytec for the first time as was recommended by a friend and they are very close to where I live, well what can I say brilliant job on my Range Rover Sport ( Ace suspension pipes) replaced and a full body off job never seen this before and obviously a lot of work to get to the corroded parts, anyway great job body back on and no more leaks! They cared for my vehicle and it was returned to me in better condition than it arrived.

First time using them so checked about 50% of the bolts they'd touched. All within tolerance given variance of torque wrench. Car feels great.
