Absolutely superb service from David and the team at Falmouth Tyres today (not to be confused with another Falmouth tyre firm who it seems use a very similar booking domain). We got a puncture while holidaying in Cornwall and were referred to Falmouth Tyres by another independent local garage in Feock (another superb business!). From the moment we arrived the customer experience was spot on. David quickly assessed the damage, warned us that we may need a replacement tyre if they couldn't repair it (which we did) but assured us that they wouldn't rip us off. We left the car with them while we went shopping and were back within 20 minutes with the work completed. David showed us the old tyre and explained why it needed replacing and we paid the totally reasonable bill. David is a natural when it comes to customer service, and with a bit of humour thrown in for good measure, made what could have been a stressful situation really quite a pleasure. He also stopped a local bus so that we could easily reverse into the busy road outside the garage! Cheers guys. Highly recommended.
