Outstanding customer service today. We were travelling from Folkestone to Yorkshire and found ourselves with a puncture. The staff were so helpful, efficient and got us back on the road despite being incredibly busy. You saved our weekend! My Family have been using Mr Uniques for as long as I can remember, The team has always been amazing and very professional. As a new driver my car is under Mr Uniques membership and I don’t plan on changing it for anyone!!!! I wish I could give them a 10 star review but 5 will have to do !!! Great friendly service...Steve managed to squeeze my car in for a MOT when they were very busy.
I was a regular customer when they were based in Cheshunt, but used local garages when they relocated to Hoddesdon.
But after using a few local garages I realised that you can not buy a friendly reliable service like Mr Unique provide.
Both me and my wife use them for our cars and our campervan, I highly definitely recommend them.
