Im very lucky to have a family member who maintains my car but a while back I needed to have something looked at urgently. After a rather unpleasant visit to Halfords I contacted Mr Unique and I can't praise them highly enough for their very approachable and helpful service. They were very honest about the issue I had and my range of options. Because of this I returned last week to have a flat tyre dealt with and I was delighted to find that my initial experience with them was not a one off. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and for anyone out there like me, who can also find these things quite intimidating, this is definitely the place to go.

Once again I find myself completely surprised with the service and ease in booking my car In for a major problem that I was experiencing. Steve was so helpful and very informative on what was needed to rectify the issue. This is why I have been a loyal customer for many year. I feel valued and am treated so well. Fantastic experience with Citroen at Mr Unique! Ian and Tim were extremely helpful and gave fantastic customer service. I want to leave a very positive review for Mr Unique Tyre & Exhaust Centres regarding a recent issue with my Peugeot.

My car had a camshaft chain problem linked to Recall MXL, and although Peugeot initially indicated it was not covered, the team at Mr Unique didn’t just accept that. Ian, who was my main point of contact, was particularly helpful throughout and kept me informed at every stage.

They took the time to properly investigate the issue, gathered evidence, and went back and forth with Peugeot and the warranty provider to push for the correct outcome.
While my car was off the road, they later arranged a courtesy vehicle, which was very helpful.

Thanks to their persistence and professionalism, the repair was eventually approved and completed with no cost to me.

It’s rare to find a garage that genuinely advocates for the customer like this. I really appreciate the effort they put in and would highly recommend them.
