Great service and the first tyre place in 7 years of owning my car that actually told me my tyres are different sizes on the rear and front (I had no idea!)

We have used Headley Tyres several times over the past couple of years, and the service has been consistently 10/10 on every visit.

Most recently, after being advised elsewhere that my tyre had an irreparable puncture and would need replacing, I decided to seek a second opinion from Headley Tyres. I'm so glad I did.

The team were friendly, professional and honest from the moment I arrived. They inspected the tyre, identified that it could in fact be repaired, and had it fixed quickly and efficiently for just £32.

The customer service was excellent throughout. Everything was explained clearly, there was no upselling, and I left feeling confident that I had received genuine advice and great value for money.

What really stands out is the consistency. Whether it's been a puncture repair, tyre advice or general tyre work, every visit over the last few years has been met with the same excellent customer service, honesty and professionalism.

It's refreshing to find a local business that genuinely looks after its customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Headley Tyres and will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I hope not to be back... But if I am, I know I am in safe hands!

Came out to my house and sorted a flat tyre for me same day (actually about 30 mins from the phone call).

This was after Kwikfit told me I'd have to wait 5 days for their mobile team to come out.

Service was great. The guy who came out, and both people i chatted with on the phone were very friendly.

I’ve been using Headley Tyres for the last 16 years, and always a pleasant experience and service I can rely on.
Called up today (Saturday) as I had a puncture on my van and wanted a specific replacement tyre, they had this on the shelf. I visited about an hour later, and in less than 10 minutes they’d fitted the tyre to the wheel and I was on my way.

Went to have tyre alignment and tracking checked. Thought we might be too late as traffic slow on route. Called ahead and told to come in. Team did both tracking and four wheeled alignment for us in good time, at reasonable price and customer service was as expected - excellent. Would recommend if you want a tyre company that has high standards and meets customers expectations.
