I was really impressed with the level of service at Hillclimb. Videos from the mechanic showing the precise issue were particularly helpful. Overall a good experience and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I've used a lot of garages over the years, even award winning ones but none come close to this garage, I know enough about cars to get by but I made a mistake in what I thought I needed, I went in to get the back brakes changed which would have costed me a decent amount as they are not pads, I was expecting to pay over £700 for a full fix but when they checked my brakes they said my back ones are easily good enough to last another year or until my next service, they instead showed me how bad my front brakes are and recorded a detailed video showing me why they needed to be changed, they didn't do any work without my authorisation as well which is amazing to see and I saved about £200 on my brakes, they could've easily charged me for the back brakes too but they didn't.
Ontop of this, the staff are incredibly friendly and somehow remembered me from the last time I was there! Theres a reason they're always very busy, they're by far the best in town, I will definitely be going back for everything from now on, best service I have ever experienced for a garage!

I needed an emergency repair done on my car and despite being busy, Hillclimb carried out the repair quickly and made sure I remained mobile by sorting a courtesy car. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They always go out of their way and provide a high quality service.

Amazing service, super friendly staff evening was open and transparent. A great and easy to use online booking system. Honestly one of the best garage experiences I've had for a long time. Will definitely be going back on the future for my service and MOT.

I don’t normally do reviews but walked away really pleased with the service. Very slick first customer contact, they record your vehicle to the phone number so they know what car you are calling about without saying a word, especially useful when you have lots of company vehicles. Polite staff, Lovely customer waiting area with WiFi, I was brought a properly made cup of tea in a proper mug and complimentary chocolates. Only booked for a mot but my car was cleaned and returned to me with sweets on the dash. It’s the small things that really make the difference and I’ll definitely be coming back here. Oh and the car passed its mot, bonus.
