It is the first time I have used Hillclimb Garage, and very impressed with the service I had received for an electrical issue on my F-Type Jaguar. The work including a full electronic diagnostic check, was carried out promptly and under budget!

I recently had an EV health check on my 6 yo i3. Excellent service from this independent garage. After the inspection was completed, I was sat down and talked through in detail the condition of the car and given suggestions and prices for likely future work, in priority order. There was absolutely no pressure have the work done with them. While I was waiting I was able to sit and work with fast WiFi and good coffee. The inspection was very reasonably priced and they even washed the car. Really impressed, thank you!

Recently had a new steering rack fitted to my van that I had just bought, warranty were originally refusing to pay out but I have to say mark and the team were fantastic at hillclimb from start to finish with diagnostics, reports and the repair itself. I’ve never come across a garage where everything is so organised and i feel like I can put my full trust in them and there work, will definitely be using hill climb going forward

Amazing service, super friendly staff evening was open and transparent. A great and easy to use online booking system. Honestly one of the best garage experiences I've had for a long time. Will definitely be going back on the future for my service and MOT.

I don’t normally do reviews but walked away really pleased with the service. Very slick first customer contact, they record your vehicle to the phone number so they know what car you are calling about without saying a word, especially useful when you have lots of company vehicles. Polite staff, Lovely customer waiting area with WiFi, I was brought a properly made cup of tea in a proper mug and complimentary chocolates. Only booked for a mot but my car was cleaned and returned to me with sweets on the dash. It’s the small things that really make the difference and I’ll definitely be coming back here. Oh and the car passed its mot, bonus.
