This was my first time using Hillclimb Garage, and I’ll admit I was quite nervous. In the past, I’ve had bad experiences with garages suggesting unnecessary extra work, and that made me even more cautious and hesitant to trust somewhere new.
From the very start, Hillclimb put my mind at ease. They collected my car and dropped it back to me, even though they were clearly busy that day. When the work was done, I received a video explaining what had been carried out — something I’ve never experienced from a garage before, and a brilliant touch.
On top of that, my car was cleaned inside & out, they left a little bag of sweets inside the car, a neatly presented folder, and I had the chance to meet Mark, the owner. He was incredibly courteous, went the extra mile to address my worries, and gave me real confidence in their service.
Looking back, I wish I hadn’t been so nervous about trying them, because I’m genuinely glad I did. I now feel I’ve found a garage I can trust — something that’s rare and so valuable. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back for future servicing and repairs.
