Just wanted to say thank you to Katie and her team for helping me out with a puncture repair whilst we were on holiday on Islay recently. So helpful, fast and efficient, and averted a potentially big problem allowing us to continue our holiday as planned. Thanks again Katie

We were visiting Islay, and just before we boarded the ferry, our spring went on our car!

We were recommend to use this garage, by many local residents. They couldn’t have been any more helpful, ordering the part and getting us back on the road, prior to our return home. This was a turn around of 1.5 days! Bearing in mind, the part had to be ordered from Glasgow and brought over.

We also hired a car for one day with Creswell’s to enable us to get around. The car was brand new, and in excellent condition.

Wouldn’t hesitate in using this garage.
Katie was especially helpful. She was also very engaging with the children.

Cresswell helped us out of a tight spot when we had a flat on Islay. It was obvious that they had a full and busy shop, and that they were squeezing us in. However, they picked us up, quickly and efficiently changed our tyre, and sent us on our way in time to catch our rescheduled ferry. We couldn't be more grateful for their help.

Within a few minutes of arriving at our holiday accommodation, we got a massive puncture. We were totally stranded out on the Oa, with no phone signal, only wifi. So I emailed Cresswell Cars and David replied (after working hours) and assured me they would help us out. The following morning he recovered our vehicle, ordered a tyre from the mainland (we have unusual tyre size), and we paid for a wee courtesy car so we could get out and about. The new tyre was fitted and within 48 hours of the puncture, we had our car back. Amazing, given the difficulties of being in a remote part of a fairy remote island! David and his team are just fantastic. Thank you so much for saving our bacon, we are deeply grateful. Highly recommend this company for anything auto related, but especially for their courtesy, efficiency, and kindness.

First class service as always from Davidjohn and his team! Knowing I would be post op and unable to drive I had arranged for my car to be serviced while I wouldn’t need it. Rather than me having to arrange someone to take the car to the garage and collect it afterwards for me the garage did all the work for me….the car was collected from my house, serviced and delivered back all nice and shiny! Thank you so much 🤩
