I recently visited for an air conditioning treatment after noticing an unpleasant odour coming from my vents. I was assisted by Amar, who was extremely professional throughout, he took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which I found very reassuring. The waiting area was also well-presented and comfortable, with complimentary refreshments available. Overall, an excellent experience and great customer service. Would definitely recommend 👌

Went to Halfords for a passenger-side indicator bulb replacement but they said they weren’t insured to do it. Came here instead and Amar had it changed within 10 minutes — back on the road with no time wasted. I came here for my work van, but I don’t see why I wouldn’t come back for my own car. Quick, professional service. Highly recommend

New customer and wow, these guys go above and beyond. I had my van MOT'd and serviced elsewhere which said my tyres were fine. Brake & Service World gave my van a thorough look over, even though it needed only a couple things fixing. They gave free advice and fixed my van very quickly as well as providing amazing customer service. They also took it back to the other garage for a free MOT retest and brought it back! I recently had my car serviced at this garage and I am very happy with the overall experience.

Following the advice of the reception staff, I brought my Peugeot in immediately after opening at 8:30 am, even though my SMS appointment confirmation was for 10:00 am. I asked for a full service along with a complete vehicle inspection.

At around 11:30 am, I received a phone call from the garage with a clear and detailed list of all issues found, along with explanations and recommendations. Everything was discussed professionally and transparently, and I approved the necessary repairs.

The garage carried out the agreed work efficiently, and the car was ready for collection at 5:15 pm the same day.

The staff were honest, helpful, and well organised throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, the invoice was fully itemised, and the pricing was fair for the amount of work completed. The car now drives smoothly and safely.
