Picked up a nail in my tyre on a Saturday afternoon and called four garages in Dunstable, but none could fit me in urgently. I managed to get to Brake & Service World in Luton, and they were fantastic. They fitted me in within 30 minutes, and the customer waiting area even had complimentary hot drinks.

The staff were friendly, professional, and couldn't have been more helpful. They also had the correct Tesla jack pads and equipment to safely jack up my Tesla, which gave me real confidence that the car was being handled properly.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them—10/10!

I took my car to Brake and Service World in Chaul End, Luton today. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The engineers carried out a number of repairs to my car (which subsequently passed it's MoT). The staff carried out the work speedily, professionally and at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a car to be repaired or serviced.

I had an issue with my car boot not opening. The first garage I visited didn't carry out this type of repair, so I brought the car here instead. They were able to sort the issue and complete the repair within just a few hours. Thank you to Ibrahim and Amar for all your help. I would definitely recommend this garage to others.

I brought my car in for its MOT this morning and was greeted by Amar, his brother Mo, and the lovely lady on reception. They are always so polite and welcoming.
B&SW is by far the best garage I have used since living in Luton. Even when I moved out of Luton for a while, I would still drive back down to get my car serviced and any work done there.
Being a woman, I’ve always worried about going to garages in the past because some places see a woman and try to take advantage or make you feel uncomfortable. I can honestly say, hand on heart, that B&SW are not like that at all. They treat everyone the same always respectful, kind, and caring from the minute you walk in. You’re always greeted with a smile.
They are honest about the work that needs doing, explain all your options clearly, and are always fair with their pricing.

I've already completed my MOT three times at the same location.
There is a very convenient area where you can enjoy coffee or hot chocolate while you wait for your car, and the staff is very helpful and understanding. Definitely recommending
