Went to Brake and Service at Chaul End today to have two new tyres fitted. Amar and other staff very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Amar went the extra mile to give excellent advice and exceptional service. Would definitely recommend.

I had an issue with my car boot not opening. The first garage I visited didn't carry out this type of repair, so I brought the car here instead. They were able to sort the issue and complete the repair within just a few hours. Thank you to Ibrahim and Amar for all your help. I would definitely recommend this garage to others.

I first went to BSW several weeks ago when my timing belt was due to be replaced. Followed by another unrelated problem a little over a week later. Just what I needed, such is life. Both times before my visit I used Google to get an estimate of the cost. Both times the BSW price came in under my estimate. Being fair and good on cost is not all, Amar and the staff are friendly, very professional and honest about the work needed. A few days ago my MOT was due. It was easy to book online and when I took my car in I again received a friendy, quality service and a blub replacement fitted for free. Customer service at its finest. I highly recommend BSW.

Myself and my partner have been coming to this garage for years. We’ve had bad experiences in the past with other garages in Luton, but with brakes & service I know both mine and my partner’s cars are in safe hands.

They are reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, and always offer amazing prices while genuinely looking after their customers. They treat you with respect and respect your vehicles too. They are honest about the work needed, and nothing is ever too big or too small for them. They really do go out of their way to help people.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Brake & Service World and Amar.
I brought my car in for its MOT this morning and was greeted by Amar, his brother Mo, and the lovely lady on reception. They are always so polite and welcoming.
B&SW is by far the best garage I have used since living in Luton. Even when I moved out of Luton for a while, I would still drive back down to get my car serviced and any work done there.
Being a woman, I’ve always worried about going to garages in the past because some places see a woman and try to take advantage or make you feel uncomfortable. I can honestly say, hand on heart, that B&SW are not like that at all. They treat everyone the same always respectful, kind, and caring from the minute you walk in. You’re always greeted with a smile.
They are honest about the work that needs doing, explain all your options clearly, and are always fair with their pricing.
