I had an issue with my car boot not opening. The first garage I visited didn't carry out this type of repair, so I brought the car here instead. I recently visited for an air conditioning treatment after noticing an unpleasant odour coming from my vents. I was assisted by Amar, who was extremely professional throughout, he took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which I found very reassuring. The waiting area was also well-presented and comfortable, with complimentary refreshments available. Overall, an excellent experience and great customer service. Would definitely recommend 👌

There is a very convenient area where you can enjoy coffee or hot chocolate while you wait for your car, and the staff is very helpful and understanding. Definitely recommending

Went to Halfords for a passenger-side indicator bulb replacement but they said they weren’t insured to do it. Came here instead and Amar had it changed within 10 minutes — back on the road with no time wasted. I came here for my work van, but I don’t see why I wouldn’t come back for my own car. Quick, professional service. Highly recommend
