This was my first experience with RK Tyres, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I phoned yesterday to book my car in for a wheel alignment, and the staff member I now know as Steve was extremely polite and helpful.
When I arrived this morning, I was greeted with excellent customer service and invited to wait in the reception area, where I could help myself to refreshments. I was also offered tea or coffee, which was a lovely touch. The waiting area is honestly the best I’ve seen in any garage, and the free WiFi meant I could get some work done on my laptop while I waited.
Although it wasn’t RK Tyres’ fault, they identified a few additional issues with my car and clearly explained what would need to be done, without any pressure. As these weren’t expenses I had planned for, I really appreciated being offered flexible payment options, which is something I’ve never experienced with other garages.
Andrew and Dave replaced two of my tyres, which are also under warranty, giving me extra reassurance. To top off the excellent service, they even washed down my car, which was a lovely bonus!
I genuinely couldn’t fault the customer service and will definitely be returning to have the remaining work carried out in the near future.
