My van had a completely flat tyre and due to my circumstances I really needed a mobile service to get the job done at home.
I looked up recommendations on my local village facebook page and RK Roadside Recovery seemed to get a lot of mentions.
After visiting RK’s website I found I was able to message them directly. I received a response very quickly asking for my mobile number and within minutes someone gave me a call.
The staff member was very polite and took all of the details required about my issue. I was given 2 potential outcomes and quotes for each, a price for a fixable puncture and a price for a replacement in the event my tyre was not repairable. This, to me, was a good sign, as I felt that they knew what they were doing and had the foresight to cover all of the bases so that there was no messing about had the tyre not been repairable. I like a service that has full transparency and doesn’t leave you worrying about costs or leave you in the dark about what to expect.
I was told that someone would be with me within 90 minutes.
I was very surprised when the tyre repair van appeared within 30 minutes and the member of staff continued to show the same great customer service that I had received on the phone earlier.
Fortunately, the tyre was repairable and it was sorted in no time at all! I was able to make payment through contactless which made the entire process very quickly and very simple.
I highly recommend RK Roadside Recovery for mobile tyre service. The staff were excellent (which is a rarity these days), they had me sorted within an hour of my enquiry and it was also cheaper than previous mobile tyre repair services I have used in the past.
