Had my air conditioning serviced this morning and couldn't be happier. I popped in to book an appointment and they were able to fit me in on the spot. They took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I drove away. Great prices and brilliant service. And it's worth knowing they do a lot more than tyres — they'll sort out pretty much whatever you need. Will 100% be returning!

Attended Reg Greenwood today on the off chance they could help me out / book me in to get a tyre issue resolved. The team promptly inspected the tyre for the puncture and established it had an issue with the valve rather than the tyre. This was shown to me and it was explained that potentially due to it being a BMW and having an incorporated sensor it may cost a little more than a standard valve.

They removed the tyre from the alloy and swiftly replaced the valve, SAVING THE SENSOR! I feel many other garages would've just charged me over the odds for a sensor and the "emergency tyre repair".

The tyre was then rebalanced and despite all the effort from the team they charged me £30 to rectify the issue!

Incredible attitude towards customer service and I won't be going anywhere else. A personal thank you from me, you've saved the day!

I called in with a slow puncture and James greeted me before I even got out of my car...
He asked how he could help and then ushered me to the office.
I was immediately asked to pull my car into the bay (no waiting at all) and James came to sort my tyre out...
The service I have received today was fantastic and the speed James worked at was very impressive...
James was attentive and I could tell he really likes his job.
He put so much effort into his ethic and was so enthusiastic. James seems to possess a rare quality in that he knows how to talk to people in the correct respectful manner using empathy and showing genuine care whilst maintaing eye contact, this is so rare in young people these days.. James even checked all my tyre pressures after fitting my fixed wheel...
