After being let down by other wheel companies i came across Elite Direct Tyres, they have a very easy filter system, I found the wheel i needed and purchased, I then received a curtesy call from Mark, he checked my order and sizes were correct and confirmed a speedy delivery. When the wheel was delivered it was excellently packaged and speedy. I had another message from Mark checking if the wheel was delivered ok. Outstanding customer service. I can highly recommend. Very professional and very pleasant. You guys are a credit to your business.

Booked my Aston vantage in with elite for 4 x new tyres. When I arrived they told me all tyres are ready as they were specially ordered. They fitted all the tyres and balanced the wheels all in excellent time. Very friendly staff and very accommodating.

I called Elite tyres on 2/2/2026 around 5pm as I had a nail in my tyre i had spoke to Chris .

He was extremely helpful and courteous and polite he said they maybe able to repair the tyre Chris booked me in for today 3/2/26 .

I arrived at Elite this morning around 8.45 the guys that took care of my car were brilliant they dealt with the repair and they were extremely honest and said they can do a repair or I replace the tyre . I said do a repair so they did , they were fast and professional.

A big shout out to all the team at Elite so reliable and trustworthy thank you all for sorting my car out so fast .

7th January wheel and tyre package put on car I messaged Chris at Elite Tyres in Rainham when I finished work that afternoon he booked me in straight away. I'm Gary and my wife Joanne arrived at his garage in Rainham at 15.30pm from Colchester when I went in reception I had such a warm welcome from Chris who ordered my wheels and tyre package he showed me the wheels in the box I was really impressed. His team of mechanics worked on me car straight away I also asked Chris for a favour I bought these racing pedals from temu he said my team can fit them after they fitted me wheels they sorted me racing pedals very professional team was so impressed the best garage I've visited the reception is really nice I give them 10 stars rating you won't be disappointed the best set of wheels I've seen amazing will put up pictures of what a fantastic job they done great team.
