I have been purchasing my tyres from Elite Direct for over a decade now. I keep going back as they have such good service overall and when they do my alignment it actually feels better when driving. I have also noticed my tyres wear evenly over time for much longer when they align it. I didn't always get this consistency when I went to other garages, including the dealerships.

This time I decided to change my rear discs and pads with them. Again, such good service overall!

Ian sorted it all for me, made sure I had the best parts for the money I spent and even passed on savings when he found out there was a possibility I could have paid less. Such transparency and integrity is rear these days. I would recommend them for sure and give them top marks for the service and also for the job they did.

Very friendly and polite staff, easy to talk to and they always explain things in a way anyone can understand.

7th January wheel and tyre package put on car I messaged Chris at Elite Tyres in Rainham when I finished work that afternoon he booked me in straight away. I'm Gary and my wife Joanne arrived at his garage in Rainham at 15.30pm from Colchester when I went in reception I had such a warm welcome from Chris who ordered my wheels and tyre package he showed me the wheels in the box I was really impressed. His team of mechanics worked on me car straight away I also asked Chris for a favour I bought these racing pedals from temu he said my team can fit them after they fitted me wheels they sorted me racing pedals very professional team was so impressed the best garage I've visited the reception is really nice I give them 10 stars rating you won't be disappointed the best set of wheels I've seen amazing will put up pictures of what a fantastic job they done great team.
