I can’t recommend Shaw’s Service Station highly enough. The customer service was excellent from start to finish friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They kept me informed throughout and carried out the job to a very high standard. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers.

First time using Shaw’s Rhyl and I’ll definitely be going back. Had my works van serviced there yesterday and the whole experience was spot on. Danielle was really friendly and courteous throughout. Nice little touch too — I even got a box of chocolates when I picked up the keys, which definitely made my wife happy 😂😂

Friendly service, good communication when plans had to change and a price that’s competitive with other garages. I really liked the car tracker to let you know where in the process your car is, and the write up you get explaining what was worked on. In the write up it clearly names who the mechanic was and who the customer service staff member was. We had Danielle look after us (super friendly and answered any questions we had) and Curtis work on our car. Both were fantastic.

I’ll update this review if my car falls apart or something but so far I’m very happy with the service provided :)

Came to this garage for an emergency breakdown, they were busy at the Shaws Kinmel Bay branch(my usual garage) but offered me Rhyl. The team were fantastic, the technician there, Joseph, explained everything to me and the reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you for getting me back on the road
