I can't thankyou Michael, Hayleigh and their Team enough at MB Motors, what a positive experience from start to finish.

I found booking a service and MOT so easy, the process via the website was so transparent on cost and availability and gave me optional extras which was really useful with clear upfront costs should I choose these.

I spoke with Hannah in Customer services/Reception who confirmed my booking and she accommodated the day and time I wanted which was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. I received a warm welcome on arrival and was shocked to see how professional Michael and his team conducted their work. The transparent viewing room at reception was really reassuring and I could clearly see that Michael and his Team had nothing to hide and were genuine in their service delivery.

I received several follow up phone calls from Yvonne and was given advisories which I appreciated during the MOT. The work was completed to a very high standard and my car was returned much cleaner than I delivered it which was a lovely gesture.

The service and extra attention to detail was absolutely superb, I felt like a valued client and I know Michael and his team went above and beyond.

As a woman dealing with a garage this was a whole new experience for me, and I felt heard and not exploited or intimidated which was very much appreciated. I cannot recommend MB Motors enough. They are exceptional from start to finish and I will certainly be back in the future. Once again thankyou Michael and Hayleigh. You made the experience very positive, which was so refreshing and reassuring and I will be recommending you to all!

I had a gearbox issue that a lot of garages didn’t want to touch, and I was honestly stressed about the whole situation. MB Motors took the car in, kept me updated the whole way through, and handled everything professionally from start to finish. They diagnosed the problem properly, sent the mechatronic off for repair, and got the car back to me running perfectly again.

What I really appreciated was how honest and straightforward they were. No pressure, no guessing, no trying to sell me things I didn’t need. Just proper work done the right way.

I have already provided feedback as requested via their in-house feedback survey. I wouldn't usually do it twice but thought it worth it on this occasion as hopefully it'll help other potential customers assess the risk of using this company.

I do not give good feedback lightly but I am fully confident in saying, if you want to be served by people who genuinely seem to enjoy working on cars, talk about cars and do everything to ensure you are kept fully informed on any repairs (unforseen or otherwise), you should use this company.

Particular kudos to the customer service staff who were patient with me when I was going on and on about my 'toy car'.
