Unfortunately didn’t have the kit to align a relatively low/old car. Online booking was simple and the guys on the counter were lovely, just couldn’t complete the work.
I was looking for somewhere more local as I have previously used other companies such as Dexel (which had no issues aligning previously)

I needed some air in one of my tyres and called in, the person I spoke to did the job straight away, with no charge. I had called at another business but they were very unhelpful, I shall certainly try to use people next time I require new tyres.

Been twice and both times was dealt with quickly, professionally, and friendly. I’m writing this review as I was looking online for local wheel alignment, couldn’t help but notice the chap who had a bad experience, aside from being upset about having to go back, I thought the picture added from Halfords needs understanding, the front alignment appeared out because they had the steering wheel off centre, the error in angular terms was minute, in fact when you sit in your car you’re weight will change it more, so point being is that Halfords alignment diagram looks bad but the values suggest otherwise, most cars on the road would never have a tyre wear or steering issue at these valves. If you are that concerned you’d have to have alignment every time you hit a pothole. As for Halfords, the last time I used them for tracking, they told me the steering wheel being off centre that they just tracked would settle down- rubbish, I insisted they put it right having just paid £55
