I needed a pair of tyres for my van. A quick call to Ness and she booked me straight in. In & out in under half an hour and all done perfectly. Absolutely first class service and I'm super-critical (obviously). I'll definitely be going back when I need more tyres on my van. Anybody with a car or van needs to use Gale Force, because they're excellent and really do care.

After hitting a pothole on the shockingly bad roads of Lincolnshire, my front tyre was completely ruined — and so was my day, especially as I was driving for work. I called Gale Force Tyres Ltd in a bit of a panic, and they were absolutely brilliant from the start.

They helped me straight away, had the correct tyre in stock on the shelf, and were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout. The service was quick and stress-free, exactly what you need after such a frustrating experience.

What could have been a far worse day was genuinely made better by the way I was treated here. Excellent service, great attitude, and clearly a team that cares about helping customers when they really need it. Highly recommended.

Forget the AA. Stephan and the team at Gale Force Tyres will be our 4th emergency service and we are eternally grateful to Stephan and the lady at reception. After going through a pothole (it was HUGE) that popped our tyre in the middle of nowhere in the dark and rain, we didn't even know where we were, we called Gale Force Tyres, who were so helpful, unbelievably Stephan arrived in 10 minutes. He pumped up the tyre enough to get us back to the yard where he replaced our tyre. Really was a first class service and we are so grateful for all your help and kindness today. #NotAllHero'sWearCapes
