Absolutely outstanding service – the best tyre garage in the area!

I have now used Gale Force Tyres twice, and on both occasions the team showed a level of customer care that is extremely difficult to find these days.

The first time, I arrived only around three minutes before closing with a tyre problem. Instead of turning me away, the team made the decision to reopen the garage, inspect the tyre and repair it so that I could safely drive to work the following morning. They could easily have told me to come back another day, but they genuinely cared about helping me when I needed it most.

The second time, I arrived with another puncture on my way to work. They dealt with it immediately and had me repaired and back on the road in approximately 20 minutes. It honestly felt like a Formula 1 pit stop — fast, organised and completely professional.

This is a brilliant young and friendly team who clearly care about their customers. They are efficient, helpful, welcoming and willing to go the extra mile rather than simply looking at the clock or hiding behind appointments.

After being turned away elsewhere, despite an apparently empty workshop, the difference in attitude at Gale Force Tyres was unbelievable. This is how customer service should be done.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. From now on, this will be the only place I use for tyres. Five stars are not enough!

I called around multiple local mobile tyre companies after my tyre went flat outside of Spalding. Choosing Gale Force was a no brainer - where other companies seemed keen to quote me and then try to negotiate on price when I said it was too expensive - Vanessa was friendly and transparent about how much the call out fee was and how much I could expect to pay for a tyre. As I called out of hours she went to the depot to check if they had my tyre size in stock. She called again to double check my location and updated me via text message on the technician’s estimated arrival time.

Stefan, the technician, was incredibly friendly, efficient and reassuring. He had my tyre off and a new one fitted in no time, he went out of his way to check my other tyres and gave me advice on when they would need replacing.

Gale Force’s customer service was exemplary, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for all my tyre concerns again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Came here after a Halfords mobile mechanic decided to round off one of my wheel bolts. They sorted me out very quickly and have now returned for 2 new tyres, great friendly service. Would recommend to anyone, definitely the best place in the area for tyres

Overall very happy with the service received, staff were really friendly and helpful and got my car sorted quickly while I waited!

Reception/waiting area is clean and well presented and there is plenty of parking on site.

After hitting a pothole on the shockingly bad roads of Lincolnshire, my front tyre was completely ruined — and so was my day, especially as I was driving for work. I called Gale Force Tyres Ltd in a bit of a panic, and they were absolutely brilliant from the start.

They helped me straight away, had the correct tyre in stock on the shelf, and were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout. The service was quick and stress-free, exactly what you need after such a frustrating experience.

What could have been a far worse day was genuinely made better by the way I was treated here. Excellent service, great attitude, and clearly a team that cares about helping customers when they really need it. Highly recommended.
