I had a great experience getting my tyres done. They were very quick getting me booked in, and when I arrived, Gary provided excellent customer service and kept me in the loop during my visit. The waiting room was also clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Overall, a great service — thank you, Gary!

I took my car in yesterday as there was a screw in one of the rear tyres. Although they were extremely busy they fitted me in early the next day. Turns out the screw thankfully hadn't punctured the tyre and they did not charge me, which I thought was excellent service as they had still spent their time helping me.
I have used Stratford tyres for many years and have always been impressed by their professional and customer focused approach.
All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. On this occasion Gary H dealt with me and he is a real credit to Stratford Tyres.

Excellent customer service and great price would highly recommend. Booked car in over the phone for puncture repair, email confirmation. Wheel is a Porsche centre lock so more complex, so pleased to have found somewhere local that has the expertise to deal with it. Works all carried out quickly and professionally. Top job.

Cannot rate this place enough!! From my first interaction with the staff to driving away, the service was brilliant. All the staff I spoke to couldn’t do enough to help. You can tell that they genuinely care and reasonable prices. I will definitely be returning with my car.
