I am overwhelmed by the standard of service Adam and the whole team deliver.
My elderly mother's car needed MOT and service. The car which had been idle for some months wouldn't start. Mason and the team responded immediately and appeared at the house to start the car and follow me to the garage and then kindly ran me back home again.
They called and gave me the outcome of the MOT and service and arranged to deliver the car back to my parents home as I don't live locally.
They were so friendly and professional and very competitively priced.

Excellent customer service and great price would highly recommend. Booked car in over the phone for puncture repair, email confirmation. Wheel is a Porsche centre lock so more complex, so pleased to have found somewhere local that has the expertise to deal with it. Works all carried out quickly and professionally. Top job.

Needed a new tyre for my car which I couldn’t source locally with required balancing as apparently it was too specialised! Spoke to Stratford and arranged in very quick order. During the wheel alignment it became apparent the alloy wheel was not straight so Gary phoned me during the work and arranged for it to be straightened, there and then. All the staff were excellent and it was all overseen by the owner Adam who personally inspected and put the finishing touches to the work. Unbelievable fabulous service at a very good price! Cannot rate this place enough!! From my first interaction with the staff to driving away, the service was brilliant. All the staff I spoke to couldn’t do enough to help. You can tell that they genuinely care and reasonable prices. I will definitely be returning with my car.
