Took my nissan here after receiving a quote from another garage. (Lone female) alarm bells started to ring after reading awful reviews. I had used A1 before but I don't live nearby. I decided to send them the quote and swiftly got my car booked in. Turned out the corroded brake pipe I was told needed doing was absolutely fine and ended up saving alot of money. They fixed a couple of issues on my car. The lovely woman on the desk (sorry didn't catch your name) was polite friendly and efficient. Also to Thomas and his emails and being understanding when I had to cancel my initial booking due to my son being poorly. As a busy nurse I rely on my car and it was sorted in a morning. First class service and lesson learnt I will not take my car anywhere else now. Thanks A1

Car was in for an MOT which I knew would fail which it did I was informed every step of the way turns out the repairs took longer than expected due to seized components so got it back a day later than expected with a full valet my Nissan qashqai is good for another year thank to these amazing people, thank you! Would definitely recommend

Went for a MOT this time. Easy to book, was offered a time convenient to me. The staff were super friendly helpful and polite. Used this garage a couple of times now and have been really pleased with the service, price, professionalism and services across the board. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Really recommend this garage. Lovely staff on reception. All round good experience with just a diagnostic test. Will be using them again for the future.
