I had really bad service elsewhere and was feeling very anxious and concerned about the quote I had been given on top of the time it was going to take. Victoria garage went out of their way to fit me in last minute at a time that suited me and managed to save me over £500 compared to what I was originally quoted. They gave me great advice from the first time I called them. By being flexible and getting things sorted around my work and as quickly as possible, it is now done in time for my MOT. I have avoided needing a hire car which I was expecting while the work was done, which saved me more money! The work that has been done is perfect and was done quickly. Absolutely fantastic service from John and the team.

I had a tricky problem with a head light, however they managed to squeeze me in last minute, and fix the problem within 20 mins.

I really cannot recommend them high enough, as everything from my initial phone call right through to the service I received was seamless. The fault was clearly explained, the options were presented honestly and fairly, and the resolution was perfect.

This is, without a doubt, the best garage I’ve come across in a long time.

My cars battery died in the Tesco petrol station whilst filling up. I walked up to their garage and asked if they could possibly give me a jump start. A man (dressed in a shirt and tie, looked like a manager) was extremely helpful. He and another mechanic came down, jump started the car and sourced a battery for my car which they sourced and fitted within 15 minutes. Highly recommend Victoria Garage.
