Recently Purchased a car here and the was Probubly one of the quickest and easiest sales I havre ever experienced. The car was immaculate when collected and runs like I dream.

I have given 4 stars because I returned and let them know of an issue with the car boot automatic struts as they had failed making it difficult for me to open the boot. (Im 4ft 8 & pregnant) I don’t feel I was listened to and they tried to convince me they were manual struts despite me knowing differently. They even showed me how they could open it with one finger 🤦🏻‍♀️ I ended up just agreeing and had them fixed at another garage who confirmed that they had in fact failed and were automatic spring struts. Not that big a deal and only £50 to fix but not the point. I feel I should have been listened to instead of being made to feel silly for pointing it out.

Recently purchased a used car from here,  felt I was given an honest appraisal of the options open to me and good advice.
The transaction was smooth and the car came with the promised no advisory 12 month MOT as promised. I live relatively close to this dealership and Iain even delivered the car to my home in Dunfermline! The car was presented very nicely and spotless inside and out the sale included 6 month warranty.
I'd definitely recommend given the positive experience I've had.

Bought my Audi A4 a few months ago and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A few parts were replaced before the sale purely as a precaution, which gave me great confidence in their approach. I recently had the car checked by a qualified mechanic near the end of the warranty and was told it’s in excellent condition.

Nothing but positive things to say about Brig Car Sales, if they have another car that catches my eye in future, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Went to Brig cars to view a car we had seen online and saw others in the similar style and price range on the forecourt. Great selection of quality cars. Dave was really helpful and friendly, nothing was a hassle for him and he made us feel we were able to have a good look around a number of cars with no pressure at all. He was very knowledgeable about each of the cars we were looking at and their previous history. We ended up looking at one of the cars we hadn’t originally gone to see. When asked if we could go home to bring our big dog to try in the boot of a car for size he was really accommodating. We organised for a test drive the following day and confirmed we wanted to purchase the car, a lovely BMW 2 Series. 6 months free warranty and a good price for my old car too.
A few days later when we went to organise finance and collect the car it was snowing, the car immaculate inside and out.

Dave was a lovely guy to deal with who stocks a range of great cars. He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all.

In 35 years of buying cars I'd only ever bought from private sellers, never from a dealer, assuming I was getting a more 'honest' car and a better deal. Having had a very negative experience recently with a private seller, I opened my search to include dealers too, and I'm glad I did. I found the perfect car for me at Brig Car Sales with a nice spec, in great condition and at a decent price. Iain was friendly and helpful and has been in the business many years which inspired confidence. David too knows his stuff and checked my car over for a possible trade-in. In the end my car wasn't a suitable trade-in but we agreed a reasonable deal on the new car including a service, full MOT and delivery halfway across the country to my home. Further emails/questions were answered promptly, the car was delivered when promised and it all went went smoothly. I'm very happy with the car and hope to keep it for some time, but I will definitely consider Brig Car Sales again in future.
