I broke down on my way home to Northampton after being on holiday. had to call AA, car couldn't be fixed on the roadside so got towed to Europit Tyres Bury St Edmunds they were able to fix my car in a couple of hours and get me back on the road to Northampton, best garage I've ever been to! they couldn't do enough for me! Would highly recommend!!!!!!! 10/10

Richard and the team at Europit are the best in the business. I’ve used them for tyres on a couple of my cars and motorhome and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Polite, professional, and know they’re stuff. Also priced competitively against the online giants for my recent tyres. Unfortunately customer service is almost non existent these days but these are a real exception. Proper service with customer care. Cannot rate highly enough!

Visited the Bury St Edmunds branch on the 21st of May. Had a slow puncture which was very promptly diagnosed as unrepairable. Was offered a choice of new tyre options. A replacement tyre was obtained from another branch in a matter of minutes. The whole process took about an hour. Was also provided with a very welcome coffee whilst I waited. Have dealt with the Bury Edmunds branch a number of times in the past, and found them to be very professional and knowledgeable, this visit was no exception.

I've visited Europit twice now and both times had excellent service from Richard. He was able to order in the exact tyres I requested at a very reasonable price without any drama, and went above and beyond to ensure my alignment was just so. I will definitely be returning

Outstanding service from Europit Bury St Edmunds! I ordered my tyres online on 22/03 with an appointment booked for 24/03, I then called up on 23/03 at 8.30am to check my booking had been received, and I was told my tyres had already arrived (Audi OE Bridgestone S001 which other suppliers take 2-3 days to bring in). I was then offered a same day appointment, in advance of the online booking, no hassle! Dropped my car in (two minutes from my office) and just over an hour later my car was ready to collect, rear tyres rotated to the front, and the new tyres fitted at the rear. No issues with fitting, wheel balancing feels correct, a great price, and my alloys weren't scuffed during fitting. Highly recommended and I'll be visiting again.
