I took my car to Shaikly for a diagnosis after I had an MOT with Mercedes Colchester which cost me over £1000.

I noticed my car was sagging and there was a message on the dash board stating "Vehicle Rising - Please Wait". I didn't know what was causing the issue and I contacted Mercedes who not only didn't care that it was caused as a result of the MOT but they wanted me to pay over £170 for a diagnosis and rectify an issue which they caused.

A family member told me to take my car to an independent Mercedes specialist which is when I came across Shaikly Motor Company. I contacted them and filled out the diagnostic assessment form. On the same day, I received a cheap quotation for the diagnosis and got the car booked in. Mr Shaikly kept me inform of his finding and took his time explaining to me, in layman's terms, what he thought the issues were and pre-ordered parts for me. However, whatever the team had done with the car had resolved the issue without any parts or further work required.

I appreciated the honesty from Mr Shaikly as he could have told me that repairs were required and charged me a lot of money for it, and I would be none the wiser. The team were brilliant, accommodating and went above an beyond to resolve my issues.

I highly recommend Shaikly Motor Group for any vehicle repairs and I will be continuing to use their services.

No small job but they were brilliant, both Angela and Michael went to great lengths to explain what was needed and how we was going to progress via each part of the job.
Angela was great, she kept in touch and any parts that needed ordering she would always confirm and make sure I was happy moving forward, I had a recall on my van and although this was going to be done via a different dealership she was great with answering a few questions I had around this, because of this I went back to the company and managed to get it booked in sooner.

Michael was fantastic with his knowledge and he could break it down step by step for me both the job and cost, there was no unanswered questions. I found the company really helpful with everyone I spoke to. They went above and beyond. Will use again.
