I had a flat tyre and was unable to inflate it to drive to the garage despite trying for over 20 minutes, it would not inflate. I also could not change it to spare tyre. I called europit, they were very helpful, they sent Darren out to help, he was very helpful, changed the tyre to the spare so I could drive to the garage. The original tyre was new and had only been replaced during MOT a few weeks ago, they were able to repair it. A very good service, good value for money and very helpful. I will recommend to friends and family.

I was taken to Europit Tyres by the RAC rescue. It was 6.30 in the evening and they were about to close. However they greeted me warmly, took my details and put my car in their compound - safe for the night. They promised to contact me the following day.

Long story cut short, my car had an annoying intermittent electrical fault so lots of tests were caried out over the next 3 days. New parts were needed and fitted. I was kept updated every day and finally the fault was traced and rectified and I have my car back.

I was very impressed with the staff I dealt with. Always very polite and understanding and treated me with respect. This doesn't always happen with lone females! I thought the charge for all the work carried out was more than reasonable.

The outcome is that, as ATS have closed their branches nationwide, I was looking for a new garage and have chosen Europit as I feel I have complete confidence in them. They will also be my new go to place for tyres.

After being stranded all night at the Asda petrol station because the RAC completely let us down, we walked into Europit Tyres just before opening, exhausted and desperate. A wonderful staff member (possibly the manager or owner) immediately took over, asked for the keys, and told us not to worry. They towed our car and had the clutch fully repaired by the next day! Their outstanding friendliness, quick response, and pure professionalism are rare to find these days. We highly recommend them from the bottom of our hearts!

I had an appointment at Europit Tyres on Oxford Road, Clacton, at 08:30 this morning and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received.

I arrived a little early at 08:22 and was greeted with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. I was even offered a drink while I waited. I enjoyed a lovely latte and a biscuit (although the coffee machine was self-service! 😂), and the friendly atmosphere made the wait very pleasant.

The team explained everything clearly throughout the process. A new tyre was fitted, the wheel alignment was completed, and all work was carried out efficiently and professionally.

What impressed me most was the punctuality. My appointment was at 08:30, and by exactly 09:00, the work was finished and my keys were handed back to me.
