After being stranded all night at the Asda petrol station because the RAC completely let us down, we walked into Europit Tyres just before opening, exhausted and desperate. A wonderful staff member (possibly the manager or owner) immediately took over, asked for the keys, and told us not to worry. They towed our car and had the clutch fully repaired by the next day! Their outstanding friendliness, quick response, and pure professionalism are rare to find these days. We highly recommend them from the bottom of our hearts!

Had a puncture earlier in the day and needed to get a replacement tyre. Called first in case they were busy and advised no problem just turn up. Parked outside the front, gave keys to a lovely chap and explained the problem. He offered me a coffee and I waited in a comfortable chair for a short time. He returned and offered me a matching tyre to the front 2 they changed last year. All good, no high pressure, no hard sell of other things. Price quoted included vat and fitted so no nasty surprises after you agree. Will always use this local family company for tyres! Excellent, friendly, everything made easy for you.

I had an appointment at Europit Tyres on Oxford Road, Clacton, at 08:30 this morning and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received.

I arrived a little early at 08:22 and was greeted with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. I was even offered a drink while I waited. I enjoyed a lovely latte and a biscuit (although the coffee machine was self-service! 😂), and the friendly atmosphere made the wait very pleasant.

The team explained everything clearly throughout the process. A new tyre was fitted, the wheel alignment was completed, and all work was carried out efficiently and professionally.

What impressed me most was the punctuality. My appointment was at 08:30, and by exactly 09:00, the work was finished and my keys were handed back to me.

I had to take my car into Europit Tyres for the second time in two months, using a warranty company to cover the costs, and I can’t thank them enough. Jake, Jazz, and Emma really went above and beyond, tracking down affordable parts to fit under the warranty. They kept my car for over a week while we were away in Disneyland, making sure they did everything possible so we didn’t have to pay out of pocket. Amazing service all around! Highly recommend them!
