Had a puncture earlier in the day and needed to get a replacement tyre. Called first in case they were busy and advised no problem just turn up. Parked outside the front, gave keys to a lovely chap and explained the problem. He offered me a coffee and I waited in a comfortable chair for a short time. He returned and offered me a matching tyre to the front 2 they changed last year. All good, no high pressure, no hard sell of other things. Price quoted included vat and fitted so no nasty surprises after you agree. Will always use this local family company for tyres! Excellent, friendly, everything made easy for you.

I had an appointment at Europit Tyres on Oxford Road, Clacton, at 08:30 this morning and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received.

I arrived a little early at 08:22 and was greeted with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. I was even offered a drink while I waited. I enjoyed a lovely latte and a biscuit (although the coffee machine was self-service! 😂), and the friendly atmosphere made the wait very pleasant.

The team explained everything clearly throughout the process. A new tyre was fitted, the wheel alignment was completed, and all work was carried out efficiently and professionally.

What impressed me most was the punctuality. My appointment was at 08:30, and by exactly 09:00, the work was finished and my keys were handed back to me.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, great communication, and swift, professional workmanship. I would highly recommend Europit Tyres to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

I was in the area on a short break and I needed a tyre replaced at very short notice as I was travelling home the next day and I tried 2 Kwik fits but they could not do fit me in for 24hrs ( should be called slow fit) and I tried three other garages all of which didn't answer their phones but this one did and they said they could squeeze me in shortly before closing which was when I was frantically calling. I popped along and you would have thought I had driven up in a Ferrari as I got the Royal star treatment, they were very friendly, even offered me a tea or coffee, they were very fast, never had a tyre change so quick in my life, they filled me in on what choices I had in every single step of the way and they even noticed that one of the nut was missing from a different wheel which Kwik-Fit had done two weeks prior and carelessly not put one of them back in again, this crew popped a spare nut in my other wheel for me to make sure I was safe with no extra charge, I could not rate this place high enough, fantastic

I had to take my car into Europit Tyres for the second time in two months, using a warranty company to cover the costs, and I can’t thank them enough. Jake, Jazz, and Emma really went above and beyond, tracking down affordable parts to fit under the warranty. They kept my car for over a week while we were away in Disneyland, making sure they did everything possible so we didn’t have to pay out of pocket. Amazing service all around! Highly recommend them!

I’ve taken my BMW to this garage several times and I’ve always been really pleased with the service. The team are helpful, honest, and reliable, which is hard to find these days. On my last visit, they initially thought a part would need replacing and it was going to be quite expensive. After properly opening the car and checking everything thoroughly, they realised it wasn’t needed at all — saving me a significant amount of money.
