My vehicle developed a fault late on a Sunday night fortunately at a hotel just around the corner from Lawson Autotech.
I was up in that area for a course which was 7 miles away. I called them at 7.45 am Monday morning and was told to take the vehicle to them and they would take a look. Vehicle was to be put on a diagnostic check later that day so they gave me a courtesy car to attend my course. It turned out that the car was not driveable and needed recovery by the RAC to be repaired at home. The staff allowed me to use the reception gave me coffee and biscuits and offered me sandwiches whilst I waited. The recovery actually took a couple of days and I left the keys with the garage so that I could return home. They looked after myself and my vehicle extremely well. The staff were friendly professional and very helpful even giving me a lift to the local train station to catch my train. I can not thank them enough for making a stressful situation for myself as easy as possible. A great place and I'm quite sure they would have done a great job with repairing my car had I needed them to. Thanks to them all a great asset to the local community.

Great service squeezed in my dad’s car for his MOT after he let it expire. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable will definitely use again for my own cars and recommend to anyone.
