Excellent service from All Tyres. I arrived early and was greeted by Andy, who was friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently, making the whole process easy and hassle-free. Very happy with the service.

Always use here & guess it’s because it’s popular but didn’t think I’d have to be there for 50 minutes to have just 1 tyre replaced. I believe they’re good tyres though x

Had a TPMS sensor fail after the car had been stored for a while. On the off chance I took it to All Tyres Faversham without an appointment.

The friendly guy on reception said he’d grab the scanner and check the sensors, as I wasn’t sure whether it was just a dead TPMS battery or something else. A quick scan confirmed that one of the sensors had failed.

Back at reception he said they could look at the car in about ten minutes, so I agreed to wait. It was actually less than that before they had the car in and were working on it.

They replaced the sensor, rebalanced the tyre, and got everything working correctly again. They also confirmed that the other sensors were still fine and didn’t need replacing yet, but said they keep them in stock in case they fail in the future.

The technician confirmed everything was done and explained that I just needed to drive the car for a short while for the new sensor to register, which it did on the way home.

Overall, very friendly, helpful service and a quick turnaround without even having an appointment.

I needed an urgent replacement for my VW Polo shock absorbers and they agreed to do look at them ASAP. They called me with a reasonable quote before starting work. I received a text to let me know the work was done as promised on time. A good job well done.
