I cannot praise FAC highly enough. Besides being professional, efficient and reasonably priced, they have also retained the rare qualities of helpfulness, kindness and just genuinely caring about customers. I found myself in a difficult position today as a lone female motorist and they went way above and beyond. A special shout out to Wullie who helped me make it safely to the workshop and repaired my car within half an hour. Thank you so much. The exhaust on my old 5 series was rotten and the backbox ended up falling off. After one garage told me they couldn't do anything, I decided to try out Fife Auto Centre. They got my car up on the ramp and immediately gave me a quote to get it replaced, and I was able to get it booked in a couple of days later. It ended up taking a little bit longer than planned so they gave me a courtesy car which made life a lot easier! I'm really happy with my new exhaust and has made a big improvement to my car. The guys did a really good job, and the service was excellent too.
