No surprise this place has no bad reviews.
Over the past 3 weeks, I've been looking to try buy my first car and after visiting numerous places and even buying a car that broke within 10 minutes of me having it, this is by far the best experience I had!
I bought a Mercedes from this business and not only is the car outstanding (11 year old car for reference), the staff, specifically Jason as I dealt with him throughout the deal, are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Firstly, their closing times are 5:30pm, to which I rang them and asked if they could stay open for me to view and buy the car if it was all good.
They didn't hesitate and agreed, which I already like as I know for a fact many other businesses wouldn't do this. Secondly, upon arrival, I was greeted with a very friendly chap, Jason. Jason provided me with the best customer service I've ever experienced in pretty much any purchase I've ever made.
When I arrived, I informed him and he immediately greeted me with a smile and handed the keys no problem to inspect the car. Secondly, throughout the inspection, he was very helpful answering all questions, staying extremely positive despite him having to stay past closing hours which I really do appreciate and finally he even let me test drive the car.
Just before I was about to buy the car, I noticed a problem with the AC, it wasn't blowing cold air. I informed Jason of this issue and he immediately offered to get it fixed first thing in the morning free of charge. Next day, I comeback and everything is working fine and I buy the car.
Jason made the whole transaction smooth as silk, explained everything with the warranty provided and just really made the process fast. Within 10 minutes, all relevant documentation was completed and I was ready to drive away after payment.
So overall, I would HIGHLY recommend dealing with this business. Their staff are extremely well mannered and professional, the process is quick and easy and more importantly their cars are very high quality, despite being a used car dealership.
Jason, if you're reading this, I love you and for everyone else within the team, I appreciate your hard work and good luck in the future!
UPDATE: Had an issue as the wrong suspension arm was fitted, rang them up and Jason once again came in clutch. Ordered part straight after the phone call to which I came down next day and was fitted free of charge, couldn't recommend them enough, definitely a gem for buying a reliable used car.
