Have just started using James Price for anything car related and so far so good. Very friendly staff, great communication, very honest and open when it comes to diagnostics, costings, quotes etc. All in all a great experience so far and will continue to be using them. Had some not so pleasant experiences with other garages in recent months/years but James Price is breaking that trend!!!! Thank you for your help.

So glad I found this garage. James diagnosed my cars issue very quickly when another garage couldn’t. Within a week, the part had been ordered and the car fixed and MOT’d. Will definitely use this garage in the future when needed.
So clean too, the reception area is lovely!

First time using this garage after my EV started having problems. I struggled to find somewhere that works on EVs, but they were really helpful from the start and got me booked in quickly.

The team were friendly and kept me updated throughout. They also dealt with my RAC warranty and clearly explained what was and wasn’t covered before doing any work.

From booking to completing the work, great customer service when my VW camper van was in for an emission issue and MOT. Explained everything openly and clearly. Really impressed so already booked it in for a service and next years MOT.

I had an excellent experience with James Price Garage and genuinely appreciate their honesty. I brought my car in expecting to go ahead with a planned repair, and they could easily have carried out the work and charged me without question. Instead, they contacted me as soon as they discovered a more serious underlying issue and openly advised against proceeding, even though it meant losing out on the job.

They explained everything clearly, gave me straightforward advice, and even waived the diagnostic fee for the time they had already spent. It’s rare to find a garage that prioritises integrity over profit, and I’m genuinely grateful for how they handled the situation.
