​I took my Ford Focus here for a wet belt replacement and turbo repair. Brad was brilliant; he kept me updated when the job became more complex and provided photos of the issues found, which gave me total peace of mind.

From the first phone call through to collection I was impressed by the standard of communication and level of service, I was advised promptly on issues that came up and given estimates for any recommended work.

Taken my audi q7 in this morning for a visual inspection from the workshop manager ethan for a diagnosis and I must say gave a very honest opinion and recommendation but also very polite and happy to help out without charging a penny for their time from what ive experienced seem a very rare honest garage and thats hard to find this day and age!

Inside is warm, a clean waiting room & free coffee machine.

Exellent customer service skills from this garage all round.
