I bought a used car (VAG) from a less popular dealer. Ran into several issues in 2nd month of ownership. UNR team diagnosed the vehicle and discovered previous owner may have clocked the mileage. The difference in Odometer and car’s internal computer was 90k miles!
UNR’s diagnostic report was the evidence I used to claim a full refund. The whole experience was stressful but thanks to UNR I got the faulty car off my hands sooner than later.
