Fast service, they sorted my car quickly, and told me everything that needed sorting. They even picked up on something I knew about, that I was told was non urgent. I ended up paying alot of money here, but they were very professional and kept me informed. They do an awesome payment plan which sweetened the sourness of the Car Bill! I visited Lindleys Autocentres Keyworth on Friday with a slow puncture, and the whole team were genuinely friendly, welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. It was just a really pleasant experience overall, which you don’t always get with garages.

Ryan quickly identified the issue and showed me the nail in the tyre, explaining everything clearly. I’ve got a BMW M2 Competition, so the tyres aren’t cheap, but even though it wasn’t in stock, he went out of his way to help - ringing around, sourcing one the same day, and even driving out to collect it himself before fitting it promptly at a very fair price.

Eve and Darren were also great -approachable, helpful, and made the whole process feel easy.

Genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a garage - excellent service and a really lovely team who go the extra mile. Highly recommend.

I have used this garage for my previous 2 MOT'S and they are genuinely brilliant. The booking in is easy and efficient, the staff are courteous and extremely helpful and call you back as soon as work needs to be approved or carried out, quick order of parts and quick fitting before retest. Absolutely exceptional throughout and will continue to use for sure!

I've used this garage for the last couple of years for my MOT and Service and always have amazing service, friendly staff, and they take excellent care of my vehicle. Also bookable online with great communications. Would recommend to anyone in the area needing car looked at!
