Really impressed with the service from Autofit Chorley. It’s great to support a local business that genuinely cares about its customers. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car, provided a clear report and a breakdown of the costs before carrying out any work. Once I gave the go-ahead, everything was completed, tested and ready to collect within 24 hours. The pricing was very competitive too. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommended!

My Merc SLK was in need of a lot of work - coil springs on all corners, shocks, discs, pads, control arms plus a major service. I composed a laundry list of parts & work required and emailed this to 6 garages, 3 being Merc "specialists". Only 2 bothered to respond, one declined to provide a written estimate and demanded to see the vehicle first. This narrowed it down to Autocentre Chorley who were fantastic.

The entire experience was superb. Jenna was on the ball, responded to my initial email query almost immediately. Her follow up communications were excellent and highly professional.
The quality of work carried out was brilliant - I was expecting some inevitable glitches as it was a complicated job with many "moving parts" but incredibly, everything was faultless and almost perfect. Not a single issue or problem, huge relief as this is the first time I've dealt with Autocentre but their good reviews put me at ease. Having a courtesy car was really convenient.

Initial quote was accurate (but amended as they discovered items I'd overlooked) pricing was reasonable and work carried out quickly. Documentation was precise and accurate, including final invoicing.

I commend Autocentre for their competence and professionalism and will use them exclusively from now on. Well done, outstanding work and thank you for the excellent FIVE STAR service!

After three years of my A/C not working and the recent hot weather [and moaning grandchildren as passengers :-)], decided it was time to get it sorted. Chose Autocentre based on their convenient location to train & bus and their reviews. It was a good choice, problem was quickly diagnosed and it was as I expected - a bit more than just a re-gas. Reasonable quote to fix it all and a time booked - from diagnosis to a "cool car" less than 3 days. Very happy with the service, professionalism and friendly staff who kept me up to date with progress. Would have no hesitation in using Autocentre again.

Excellent eperience from start to finish. John kept us informed all the way. Explained clearly everything that they were doing. The staff at the reception also very helpful and very cheerful. very satisfied with the work and at a fraction of the price of a dealership. We first went here when I was having cancer treatment and needed a new gearbox, they were excellent and had the vehicle back to us in a matter of days whilst supplying us with a courtesy car in between. We have used them ever since. The car always feels better when they've had it. The costs are reasonable, the staff are friendly, and your always informed upfront. As a lady I never feel I'm being taken advantage of and can ask anything. Best garage we've found in Chorley.
