With a relatively quick response at first contact, I was delighted.
(Vauxhall main agents in Mansfield completely ignored my request for help).
The quote was for an interim service and a replacement water pump, and was perfectly reasonable and furthermore an available date was equally good.
The interim service completed revealed the water leak to be inconclusive and further investigation was needed for it's origin, result being a definite water pump replacement needed.
When completed the cost was as quoted originally and certainly half what I think Vauxhall would have charged, tho they are still ignoring me, maybe they don't have people capable of diagnosis and repairing?
If you're from out of town there's a comfy waiting room, however there's plenty of shops, café's and other services in Kirkby to be trying whilst your vehicle is being serviced. They are also tyre supplier/fitters.
Thoroughly recommend.
