The customer service from start to finish was brilliant. The communication from Jack was very professional, i was always kept in the loop whilst my car was in their hands. I’m very pleased with the job they have done and my car is running like new again!

My first experience with Lindleys was faultless! They were attentive as soon as I made my booking. Sending me reminders, letting me know if anything on my car needed updating but put no pressure on me to do these extras. They were professional and approachable throughout with all of my questions. Drop off was easy, staff were lovely and pick up was just as straight forward. They give you advisories if anything else will need to be done in the near future but again no pressure with any of it. The payment system online makes everything quick and easy and I am overall very impressed by the service I received. I will definitely be using them again!
