I am a fleet manager and use EAC on a regular basis. The service is excellent. Great communication and fair pricing. I could not recommend them high enough. Pity they don’t have depots in Manchester and Nuneaton.

Found myself stranded after hitting a pothole and having a flat tyre. My initial conversation with Mark, put me at ease straight away. He was able to dispatch his team and get a new tyre fitted quickly and efficiently. I can't thank Mark and Adam enough for their help. If you're looking for a friendly, reliable and affordable company, this is the one. I will be highly recommending them to all my family and friends.

This was my first experience with this garage and it was all I could expect from the helpful first phone call to completion of the work. The price was competitive. I was provided with a coffee and a very comfortable area to relax while the work was done. The car was even cleaned after the fitting of two tyres. I can't say any more than that I will certainly be taking my car here again when it needs attention.

From start to finish, booking in an MOT, (had a call to change location of test in advance which I was happy with) EAC collecting from my place of work, calling them once done, being talked through advisories and being able to pay over the phone to dropping my car back to my home address within the hour I have no complaints. This is the only garage in all my years of driving that have done this with not one singular hick up. I unfortunately don't remember any names but a 10/10 service.

I contacted EAC Telford for a quote to service the Auto transmission on my VWT6 Camper. The quote was a very competitive price. The person who booked my appointment was very knowledgeable with a high level of competence which made me feel assured.
On arrival at EAC Halesfield, Telford. I sat at one of the three reception desks where a very competent representative confirmed my details and the work I wanted doing. Lots of easy to understand relevant information was explained to me.
I was shown to a very nice VIP lounge where hot drinks and snacks were available. Also TV and Wi-Fi which provided a comfortable environment while I waited until my service was done. I felt really looked after indeed.
On completion the same representative spoke to me again at one of the desks and went through what had been done and other relevant other work that I might want to consider before presenting me with a very comprehensive receipt.
I felt very happy the whole experience.
An extremely good experience.
I will definitely be back again.
