John was amazing. My car had complex issues and a full, full diagnostic was carried out ruling everything but the ECU out. I have just booked it back in for the ECU to be sent away for testing.
I was directed to this garage by an RAC mechanic due to their specialism in diagnostic testing. Not the cheapest, but best quality which matters more!!!

Everyone was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming, and I was very happy with the quality of the work done on my car.
What stood out to me the most. When handing my car back, the consultant took the time to praise the mechanic who repaired it. That small moment spoke volumes.

Without a doubt, the best service from a garage that we have ever received. Had both mine and partner’s cars in for MOTs across two days, both needing work doing. Everything from phone calls, booking systems, prices, communication, advice and knowledge, customer service, timings and work carried out has been exceptional. It is extremely difficult to find a garage or mechanic that is both trustworthy and reliable and we have never seemed to find the perfect one until now! I am a fleet manager and use EAC on a regular basis. The service is excellent. Great communication and fair pricing. I could not recommend them high enough. Pity they don’t have depots in Manchester and Nuneaton.

This was my first experience with this garage and it was all I could expect from the helpful first phone call to completion of the work. The price was competitive. I was provided with a coffee and a very comfortable area to relax while the work was done. The car was even cleaned after the fitting of two tyres. I can't say any more than that I will certainly be taking my car here again when it needs attention.
