I had two Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres fitted to my BMW due to pothole damage. My car has optional 19” msport diamond cut wheels which cost an extra £1k when I bought the car, so I was quite concerned that the wheels would be damaged when fitting the new tyres. Hannah assured me that the fitters are highly skilled and would take great care, sure enough after fitting the wheels were completely unmarked and in the same perfect condition.
Many thanks for taking such great care, I won’t hesitate to use Teltyres again.

After noticing in the morning my car had a screw in one of my tyres which had recently been replaced. In a panic I rang around quite a few local tyre places all saying they couldn’t get the brand of tyre I needed or get me in for a couple of days.

After speaking to Hannah she assured me she could get a tyre the same day and get it fitted. True to her word a couple of hours later she called me back to let me know the tyre was in and offered a couple of diffrent time slots to pop down to get it replaced.

After taking car down at agreed timeslot tyre was replaced efficiently and quickly and was on my way within 40 mins. Price was also competitive and cheaper than i had paid for the same tyre at main dealer 2 months earlier.

Great service. After getting my wing mirror smashed off on the motorway, these guys were super helpful in getting me back on the road. Hannah, up front, makes the experience of spending money a little less hurtful. 😅
