Tyre-Smart (Essex) LtdTyre shop and car maintenance in Witham

Not many companies left like this anymore. The staff care, the place is tidy, they are well priced, they all take pride in their work and workplace. You can tell the who ever owns and runs this place has good morals as everyone in the business is on point. I wish I could find the level of professionalism in other "retail" scenarios but unfortunately these guys seem to be the last of their kind. Keep up the great work everyone and thanks for sorting my Honda on short notice. FYI I have visited here around 3/4 times over the last few years and always been impressed, my friends also also in agreement!

Absolutely fantastic work, they told me in easy to understand terms what I need to do with my car, most of the work doesn't have to be carried out right away as it is normal for my car the have slight camber.
It work done fast and staff were friendly and helpful. Car drives so much better now , no more pulling to the left and camber was fixed.

Brilliant service today for two caravan tyres fitted with Tyron bands.
A lot of tyre shops won't change tyre's when Tyron bands are fitted as I found out by calling around yesterday.
Tyre-Smart have the correct equipment to do the work and the price was very competitive with a good choice of brands in stock.
The tyre's were changed quickly even though they were very busy.
It was over an hours round trip but will definitely use them again.

4x new tyres and Hunter alignment. Great customer service and a job well done. No appointment required but make sure you call through with your tyre sizes and preferred brand and they’ll get them in within 48hrs if not in stock. The young guy that did my geometry / alignment was very knowledgeable and made adjustments to meet my preferred handling. A very busy business built on a good reputation. Definitely worth the 50 mile round trip, these guys are my go to from now on!
The only thing was that my tyre pressures were not correct, and one tyre was 3psi below the others, but that’s a minor and easily resolved.
Many thanks guys 👌
