Highly recommended – outstanding service as always

A huge thank you to Jayne and the whole team at CTS Worcester for another successful MOT.
A few issues needed fixing, and Jayne managed to fit me in quickly, which I really appreciated.

I’m always kept fully updated and well looked after, with everything clearly explained so I understand exactly what needs doing. I truly rely on CTS. Having been to many garages over the years, I’ve never had such faith and trust in a team before.
This is my 3rd MOT I have returned for.

I popped into CTS Auto Centre after noticing my car pulling slightly to the left. The team checked my wheel alignment straight away The car drives perfectly now. Highly recommend these guys for anyone who wants proper, old-school customer care.

Exceptional service today! One of my tyres had blown when I was driving close by to CTS. Previously have had MOTs done here and had no issues. Called CTS today and Sonia dealt with my call who was really lovely! Dan also came out to my car which was about 5 minutes from the garage! I felt very looked after and appreciated the service provided! Would highly recommend!
