The team here at Point T S HQ were proud to recently support N & P Tyres (Northern Ireland) in sending a children's dance troupe to the Dance World Cup in Spain!  N & P Tyres directors, Philip and Diana McLoughlin, along with sponsors, including Point S used funds raised to help send these children, some of whom are from disadvantaged backgrounds to compete on an international stage.  The dance team is called Freedom Dance Company who competed as part of Team NI at the Dance World Cup which was held in Burgos, Spain from 2nd - 13th July 2025.   There were over 120,000 competitors from 73 countries taking part.  Northern Ireland ended up 23rd which was an amazing achievement given the size of the country in comparison to others.  One of Freedom's dancers was awarded a bronze medal and a fifth place.  

The rest of the team were individually placed in the top 10- 23 ranking in the world in different dance genres e.g. Tap, Modern, Lyrical, Contemporary, Song and Dance and Commercial/Hip hop.  Diane and Philip went on to say, 'These girls had the most amazing experience and really did their country proud but without your support this would not never have been possible.'
