This place is absolutely amazing. Chris has been nothing short of wonderful. I haven’t even brought my van in yet, and I’ve already received outstanding help.
Chris took the time to speak with me over the phone to help diagnose the issue and see if I could fix it myself to save money. He even went as far as doing a video call to walk me through the layout under the van and around the engine — showing me exactly where things were and what to look for.
On top of that, he booked me in straight away just in case I couldn’t fix the issue, making sure I had the earliest available appointment.
I’m leaving this review before my appointment because they’ve already gone above and beyond without charging me a single penny. The fact that Chris gave me his time — during what I know are busy hours — shows real dedication and integrity.
