My car was recently in for repair due to a boot leak at Lindleys Arnold and, from start to finish, the service I received was excellent. Initially, my car went in for a health check and we thought the issue had been resolved, at no cost. I was advised to monitor the issue, but unfortunately the problem persisted (through no fault of the garage), so the car was booked in again a few weeks later.
Throughout the repair process I was kept well informed, especially as the work turned out to be more extensive than originally anticipated.
Although the team had my car for longer than any of us had expected due to the work required on it (three days instead of one), I was very relieved and appreciative that the original quote did not change. When I collected the car, the reception team were brilliant — friendly, welcoming, and helpful. David, who worked on my car, was fantastic. He showed me photos of the issue, explained everything clearly, and even went above and beyond by identifying a potential future problem (another boot leak on the other side) and taking preventative measures to address it. His time was very much, appreciated as I am someone who is not very knowledgeable about cars.
To top it off, when I collected my car it was parked thoughtfully to make it easy for me to manoeuvre out. I can’t recommend Lindleys Arnold highly enough and will definitely continue to use them for any future car issues. Thank you!
