We use Lindleys Old Basford for all of our HMF Logistics vans, from MOTs and servicing to repairs, and we’ve always been really impressed with the service.

The whole team are friendly, helpful and easy to deal with, and we know our vehicles are in good hands whenever they go in. They keep us updated and always do their best to help when we need something sorted.

A special mention to Quan, Amy and Joe who are always particularly helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

With a fleet of vans, having a garage we can trust is really important to us. We’ve used other garages in the past, but Lindleys are our first choice and the reason we continue to take our vehicles there.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking after a fleet or commercial vehicles.

Great service from the initial call to book my car in for a tyre change, which they were able to do the following day right through to payment and collection. Communication is excellent with email and text updates and I am always able to get through to speak to someone, something I can’t manage at my dealership. Highly recommended.

Lindleys were great and helpful. I got the time of my booking wrong and missed it and they were incredibly helpful in fitting me in later that day. I also have a lot of trust in them - they have never tried to upsell me things that I don't need. MOT came up with an advisory but there was no pressure to have the work done. Staff are friendly and take the time to explain things. Their technician Kian was excellent in talking through the issues. Well done Lindleys.
