The entire service process went smoothly. I was informed that the work would take longer than expected, but the service center offered a courtesy car, so I remained mobile the whole time. The price agreed upon upfront did not increase. I am very satisfied and will certainly return; I definitely recommend this service center.

Lindleys were great and helpful. I got the time of my booking wrong and missed it and they were incredibly helpful in fitting me in later that day. I also have a lot of trust in them - they have never tried to upsell me things that I don't need. MOT came up with an advisory but there was no pressure to have the work done. Staff are friendly and take the time to explain things. Their technician Kian was excellent in talking through the issues. Well done Lindleys.

Great experience at Lindleys. I recently had my MOT and full service done here and the team provided excellent, prompt service. It was also a huge plus that they were able to update my BMW iDrive service history digitally. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional and reliable car care!
